Where do you ship from?

Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

 

Do you offer local pickup in Calgary? 

Yes of course! Select local pickup when choosing a shipping option and we will contact you by phone or email when your order is ready to be picked up.  SE Calgary is where we are based from; however, arrangements can be made ahead of time to meet somewhere convenient.

 

Which shipping courier do you use?

Canadian orders are shipped out via Canada Post (2-5 business days, distance dependant)
American & International orders are shipped out via United States Postal Service (2-5 business days, distance dependant, for the USA & 14-30 business days, distance dependant, for international packages).

For packages shipped outside of Canada & the USA, merchandise is subject to duties and tariffs during customs inspection. The full value of the merchandise will be declared on the customs form. Item cannot be marked as a gift since this is a commercial good. The buyer is responsible for any fees (duties, taxes, customs, tariffs, etc) that are incurred during shipment. Please do your own research prior to placing your order as we have no knowledge or control over these fees. 

DustyLuxe cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. If you would like to purchase additional insurance on your package, please make a note on your order.

 

What are shipping fees?

A FLAT FEE is charged for shipping - same shipping price for one or a hundred!

Tracking information will be sent once a shipping label has been created

Canada $20
US (Lower 48 States) $20

For international shipments:

Purchases over $149 will be a flat $20 shipping fee.
Purchases under $149 will be a flat $40 shipping fee.
